Welcome! Bristol is one of about 40 branches which make up the Triumph Owners Motor Cycle Club in the UK. For details of the Club and of the other branches, please go to www.tomcc.org or click on the TOMCC badge at the top of this page.

Just like the Club as a whole, the Bristol Branch is run for enthusiasts by enthusiasts. We are not linked to the manufacturer - other than by our enthusiasm for their products, past and present!. If you ride a Triumph, join THE Club!

We offer friendship, ride-outs, social events, help and advice on owning and riding Triumphs, and opportunities to get involved if you want to.

The Bristol Branch was formed in the late 1960's, and with a few ups and downs has reached a size of 138 Full members (as of 3rd November 2011).

Our last Branch survey showed that Branch members are almost evenly distributed between ownership of Meriden and Hinckley manufactured machines, with Meriden owners being in the slight majority. (We find that owners of older machines tend to join the Vintage Motor Cycle Club (V.M.C.C.), though we have no policy which might encourage this - ALL Triumph owners are very welcome.)

The Branch is run by a small committee, which meets once a month - all Branch members are very welcome at these meetings, which take place at our HQ. The committee for 2012 - 2013 (as of our AGM on 5th April 2012) is as follows:

Chairman: Martin C
Vice-chairman: Jamie
Secretary: Jamie
Treasurer: Neal
Runs Captain: Georgina
Social Secretary: Georgina
Charity Secretary: Caroline
Scribe: Alan
Public Relations: Alan

Between them the committee ride the following: Sprint 900, America, T140V, Bonneville T100, Tiger 1050, a 3HW ... and a Piaggio Zip.

The Branch's colours are Burgundy and Gold - we'd like to have words with whoever made that decision!
